This brilliant coral sparkling rosé is dry, crisp and aromatic with ripe, succulent red berry flavors and refined herbal nuances of Cabernet fruit on the palate ending in a clean, mouthwatering finish. 90% Cabernet Franc, 10% Groslot. Wine Spectator A fruity style, very Pinot, with red berry and cherry notes allied to a light-bodied, wispy frame. Playful rather than serious. Pulls it off. Try with brunch or picnics.
